MARACUJÁ (PASSION FRUIT)

Everyone knows that passion fruit calm s you down, but this delicious sour South American fruit does much more than that. Rich in antioxidants and potassium, it helps prevent premature aging and to fight high blood pressure. In addition, passion fruit is also rich in fiber, which makes it a powerful ally in the digestive process. And there is more: Each fruit contains about half of our entire daily vitamin C needs. It is not for nothing that its name, derived from Tupi, means “food inside the gourd.” Our gelato is as natural as possible, since we only use the classic Italian recipe that mixes water, selected fruits, and minimal amounts of sugar to make it. By doing so, we value the properties and flavor of passion fruit.

MANGA (MANGO)

Mango is such a Brazilian fruit that it is strange to think that it is actually native to Asia and that it is the national fruit of India. Rich in fiber, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, mangoes also have enzymes that aid digestion and help soothe an upset stomach. With a vibrant color and a flavor much appreciated around the world, it is believed that mangoes are the most consumed fruit on the planet! And nothing better than enjoying the natural, preservative-free flavor of the fruit in a refreshing and 100% Italian recipe.

MANDARINO

Feeling the smell in our laboratory when it is time to peel this fruit is a unique experience! Particularly when we are talking about tangerines!

The intense citrus scent that permeates the kitchen hits you and explodes in your mouth when you take your first spoonful!

We prepare our gelato au naturel, using more than half a kilo of fruit per kilo of gelato and minimal amounts of sugar, since the fruit already has a lot of fructose in it. This also helps preserve the health benefits of tangerine, mainly aiding the immune system to fend off infections such as flu and colds. This fruit also improves digestion and intestinal transit because it is rich in vitamin A, C, fiber, and potassium.

Tangerines are found to improve digestion and control diabetes when consumed with their pomace, which is a very fiber-rich part of the fruit.

LIMONE CON ZENZERO

Both ginger and lemon have spicy, sour tastes and are widely used in cooking and in health care. Combining them creates a healthy blend that is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, and is also widely used to accelerate metabolism and increase the feeling of satiety. This gelato is great as a starter for lunch and dinner.
