TAPIOCA AND COCCO

Another particularly Brazilian flavor!

The "bun" originating from the Brazilian native populations, which later became a food staple for slaves in Brazil, soon became a fundamental ingredient of Brazilian cuisine, both in the Northeast and throughout the country.

Coming from cassava, tapioca is a great carbohydrate option for celiacs, as it does not contain gluten. It is also low in sodium, free of fat, rich in carbohydrates, and easy to digest!

This flavor is a special tribute to the Brazilian gastronomy. In it, we combine tapioca flakes and freshly grated coconut with our fiordilatte gelato, which is prepared exclusively with organic milk and Jersey cow's milk.

The result is a rich and creamy Brazilian flavor that highlights the consistency of the tapioca and the nutrients and good "fats" of the coconut pulp! 

It is also available in the lactose- and sugar-free version that is sweetened with natural stevia.

Known as the green gold of Sicily, it is among our most sought after flavors. One of the secrets to our gelato's success lies in the ingredients: We only use Sicilian pistachios, so our gelato has an unforgettable flavor.

This is a divine gelato for its slightly sweet flavor. Walnuts are an extremely popular ingredient in sweets and liqueurs because they are rich in unsaturated fats and manganese. Our gelato is prepared with fresh milk and has a delicate flavor that pleases even the most demanding palates. The good fats in nuts, such as omega 3, decrease bad cholesterol (LDL) in the arteries and make them highly nutritious. They are loaded with vitamin E and arginine protein, strong allies of our heart. Among dried fruits, they are the ones that contain the most mineral salts (copper and zinc), which are essential to blood hemoglobin production.
