DOCE DE LEITE (MILK JAM)

The dessert known as “doce de leite” (milk jam) is extremely popular and traditional in Latin America, with greater tradition in Brazil, Argentina, and Uruguay. That is why it was a must on our menu. We opted for a Brazilian milk jam, which is made with 100% organic milk and is known for its milder flavor. The outcome of the mixture of Brazilian and Italian traditions is a creamy gelato with an incomparable flavor.
